This month, I hosted the first two sessions for the Win More, Live Better Leadership Community, a growing group of coaches and leaders committed to exploring leadership, personal growth, and sustainable success through conversation and sharing.

What’s been especially meaningful is the diversity of perspectives inside the room. The community currently includes college and professional coaches from MLB, the NBA, Team USA Olympic teams, front office executives, and leaders across multiple industries who are all striving to help others win more, while also learning how to live better themselves.

From time to time, I’ll invite a guest to share with the community and this month we got to learn from Betsy Butterick, a former collegiate basketball coach and current leadership and communication coach. Here is one of my favorite snippets from the Q&A with her.

I’ll be sharing more information soon about the next Win More, Live Better Leadership Accelerator (a 6-week cohort) beginning June 8th for those interested in future opportunities to be join the community.
